As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC),Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), and a Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC), I have extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care as well as Medication Assisted Treatment. I received a Master’s in Professional Counseling and a Master’s in Criminal Justice from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, a Bachelor’s in Community Health/Human Services from St., Joseph’s College in Brooklyn, NY, and an Applied Associates Degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling from Suffolk Community College in Brentwood, NY. My strong belief is that a trusting partnership will encourage and support the client’s path to healing, empowerment, and maximization of their life goals. I am passionate about normalizing mental health treatment and improving the accessibility of mental health care for all. I am currently working as a licensed Therapist and own a private practice. In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, horses, traveling, and spending quality time with my granddaughter.
